PGCMLS fosters the wellbeing of our community by connecting you to trusted health information resources, programs, and opportunities. Through the Healthy Living page, we hope our community will gain access to pathways towards a balanced mind and body. All of the healthy living resources on this page are intended to support individuals in making informed and empowered decisions about their health and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

There are many National wellness weeks and months throughout the year. For example:

A TIPP for Managing Big Feelings

This program will teach four behavioral skills that children (and their adults!) can use to manage "big" feelings, whether they be fear, sadness, anger, or other overwhelming emotions. All of the skills can be performed at home, in public, and with little to no extra supplies.
