Got an old bike that needs a little TLC to get back on the road? Need tips on how to wear your helmet properly? Or maybe you could use a free bike helmet and lights? In this program, teens will learn basic bike maintenance, including a walkthrough of the ABC Quick Check—A for Air, B for Brakes, and C for Chain and Quick Release. You'll also learn how to properly fit a helmet using the 2v2 method.
